  • El Maestro does not guarantee employment or placement, but guarantees a professional effort to match your skills with appropriate roles.
  • You must maintain professionalism and integrity during interviews and trial periods arranged by us.

3. For Educational Institutions (Clients)

Schools and institutions partnering with El Maestro agree to:

  • Provide accurate job descriptions, salary brackets, and working conditions for the roles being hired.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of candidate profiles and not share them with unauthorized third parties.
  • Honor the financial agreements and placement fees as outlined in the customized service contract signed during onboarding.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and text on this website are the intellectual property of El Maestro Teaching Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or copying of this material is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

El Maestro Teaching Solutions acts as a bridge between candidates and schools. We are not liable for any disputes, contract breaches, or issues that arise directly between the candidate and the employer post-placement. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the facilitation of the hiring process.
